Music is medicine

Channel Freed is a DJ and producer passionate about setting the right mood and introducing audiences to new favorite songs and artists. Freed has years of experience DJ'ing for a wide variety of crowds: weddings, private parties, night clubs, beach clubs, music festivals, and restaurants and lounges. He is skilled at reading the room and tailoring his sound to each audience.

Sunrises and sunsets are two of Freed's favorite times to perform. He believes music is medicine and he loves to share this special medicine with others. Freed manages two music focused Instagram accounts, @helpIDme and @TulumGrooves, and is constantly connecting with artists from across the world to discover fresh tracks. Deep house, Afro and Latin house, indie dance and disco are some of his favorite genres to play, especially in scenic atmospheric environments.
